The month of August was awesome! Eleven loans closed and 35 loans from my LO’S. Thank you borrowers for a fantastic August!
September is looking good as well. Interest rates are at an all time low and my refinance is at an all time High!
This week I have been fortunate to receive calls from borrowers who are purchasing a new home. Good sign, as housing may be picking up.
